Associate kinesiology professor Brian Culp to receive social justice and diversity award

Brian CulpFebruary 20, 2013 — INDIANAPOLIS - The American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance has selected Brian Culp, an associate professor in kinesiology at IUPUI, for the Social Justice and Diversity Young Professional Award. The award will be presented April 25 at the alliance’s national convention in Charlotte, N.C.

2012 Greening IUPUI grant winners announced

May 24, 2012 — The IUPUI Office of Sustainability has announced the winners of the 2012 Greening IUPUI grant. The nine fund recipients proposed projects such as planting native and urban gardens, increasing sustainability-related educational opportunities and developing sustainable best practices. Projects will begin this spring.
