– The NEW website for Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology at IUPUI was launched on Tuesday (July 20, 2011).
The website – chem.iupui.edu – is the latest department website in the School of Science at IUPUI to receive a complete overhaul of functionality and design. The web site aims to extend the reach of the department by serving a broad online audience of current and prospective students, faculty and staff as well as members of the general public interested in science education, innovation and outreach.

The new website includes news and events from the department, a robust library of resources for undergraduate and graduate students, and stories from chemistry students, graduates and faculty.
•The “Undergraduate” and “Graduate” tabs for potential and current students allow each group to go directly to the information that pertains to them. For example, the “Undergraduate” tab highlights undergraduate admissions criteria, degrees, courses, scholarship and career resources.
•The “People” tab connects visitors to the faculty and staff who make up the department as well as current graduate students.
•The site also incorporates a section called “Student Notices” to alert current students to scholarship, academic and community opportunities and deadlines.
