IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law wins Marcom awards

The IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law won three 2012 Marcom awards in the international competition that recognizes outstanding creative achievement by marketing and communication professionals.

The competition received more than 6,000 entries from throughout the United States, Canada and several other countries. MarCom entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, public relations firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers. The competition has grown to one of the largest of its kind in the world.

The law school won a platinum award in the Annual Report category for last winter’s Alumni Magazine/Dean’s Report, and it won two gold awards for its summer issue of 'The McKinney Lawyer'—one in the Design category and one in the Magazine/Educational Institution category.

MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. About 18 percent of the entries won the platinum award, the competition's top honor.
