IUPUI is offering a one-stop shop for information about university graduate programs across the U.S., along with advice on admissions and financing a graduate education.
The Graduate Office at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis is sponsoring the free Graduate Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, on the fourth floor of the IUPUI Campus Center.
The expo is open to any university student considering a graduate program.
The Graduate Expo offers information about graduate programs not only at IUPUI but at other colleges and universities throughout the United States, said NaShara Mitchell, assistant dean in the IUPUI Graduate Office.
“At the expo, students will be able to network with faculty, graduate students and representatives from top-ranked universities,” she said. “They also will participate in break-out sessions and receive advice from experts on everything from applying to graduate programs to funding their graduate education.”
Among universities that will have a representative at the expo are Ball State University, Bowling Green State University (Ohio), Butler University, Michigan Tech University, North Dakota State University, Northern Illinois University, The Ohio State University, University of North Dakota and Xavier University.
Participants must register online. For more information, contact the IUPUI Graduate Office at 317-274-1577 or email gradexpo@iupui.edu.
