A free flu vaccination clinic for IUPUI students, faculty and staff will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010, in Room 269 of Eskenazi Hall (Herron School of Art and Design) 735 W. New York St.
Both H1N1 and seasonal flu vaccines will be available free of charge, as supplies last. An IUPUI ID is required in order to receive a free vaccine.
In addition, spouses and domestic partners of staff, faculty and students may also receive the H1N1 vaccine free of charge. If the employee/student cannot accompany the spouse or partner, the clinic requests the spouse or domestic partner to bring both his or her official photo ID and the related employee/student’s IUPUI ID in order to receive the vaccine.
The H1N1 and seasonal vaccines are not available for the children of employees or students.
Flu vaccines are also available at IUPUI Health Services, located in Coleman Hall, 1140 W. Michigan St., during normal business hours. Health Services hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursdays. Services are not provided during the lunch hour from noon to 1 p.m.
