Summer Impact is somewhat like reality TV.

There’s Sam. Freddy. Brandon. Eugene. Meghan. Cris. And Richard.

They’re real students having real life experiences.

But these IUPUI students are also documenting their summer school experiences online as the focal point of the Communications and Marketing project known as Summer Impact.

And you still have time to find out what the students are doing this summer as they share their experiential learning exploits via blogs, tweets, video and photos.

Look in on Brandon and others as they dig up the past during the archaeological field school at the site of the 20th century home and factory of Madame C. J. Walker.

Read Freddy’s blog from Costa Rica where he is shooting video of students immersed in language acquisition and service learning projects.

Or join Sam for a behind-the-scenes tour of an IUPUI research lab.

And as summer session 2 takes flight, you’ll want to join Cris as she travels to Kenya or Meghan who is preparing for a trip to Costa Rica.

So sign up and follow the Summer Impact Seven as they learn by doing. Go to: http://www.iupui.edu/summerimpact/ .
